Peel, then halve the potatoes and boil. Cut the red cabbage into strips. Stew the cabbage over low heat, add in the last minute a little vinegar and golden raisins. Pour the potatoes, leave a little broth in the pan and mash the potatoes with this. Add a piece of butter and salt. Mix the cabbage with mashed potatoes. Season with mustard. Delicious with apple compote alongside.

Melt the chocolate au bain marie. Roast the almonds. Mix almonds and cranberries with melted chocolate. Cool down 2 min (outside, if cool) Baking paper on a plate. Scoop mounds on baking paper and leave in the fridge.
